Hall framework is made from the steel or aluminium profiles. The profiles can be arch type, arch type with the vertical frame, or saddle roof with the vertical frame. Our framework is simple to handle with, quick to assemble or re-assemble. Our halls can be shortened or prolonged very easily. There is no need of the concrete base, the consolidated soil is enough. We can provide the insulating of our hall according to the customer wish.
Halls cover is made from the strong PES fabric, coated with the PVC. The most common weight of the cover fabric is 650g/m2 (higher weight is also available) with the UV resistance. Recommended temperatures of the use are -30 C° up to 70 C°. Fire resistant cover is also available, according to the ČSN 13501-1-C or DIN 4102-1-b1.
1. Textile hall with the steel frame – arc, type K
Our textile halls can serve in many ways. They have the steel framework, which is made from the steel arch frames. This type of construction enables our halls to be very flexible to follow our customer needs.
2. Textile hall with the steel frame - vertical frame, type H
The great advantage of the textile hall with the vertical frame is its ability to drive in with a fork lift inside the hall. You can use the entire floor space of the hall in a very efficient way. This advantage is simply great, particularly if you use our textile hall as a warehouse of the palettes stocked on the top of each other.
3. High capacity tents
High capacity tents – offers us a very good and cost cutting solution. There is no need of the building licence. Its construction is made from aluminium profiles and enables the quick and fast assembling.
